Peter Devin - Director In the years following N.Y.U. film school, I came to the conclusion that low-pay and no-pay gigs on independent films neither pay the rent nor satisfy creative ambitions. After working on several projects as an assistant editor, I made the lucrative switch to television as a freelance Avid editor, working for BNN, CBS Cable, A&E, and the History Channel. I've also produced two nationally distributed educational videos, one warning the dangers of unheeded stroke symptoms and the other a 25 minute puberty video! That one actually received a prestigious Ed Press Award from the Association of Educational Publishers. I'm currently a freelance editor on Extreme Makeover for ABC. So at long last, after years of working for the man, I've finally made Rock & Roll Superhero, my feature-length directorial debut.
